FUCKING RECEPTIONISTS!!! I have to speak to doctors and surgeons a lot at work and trying to get thru the gatekeeper on the phone is a nightmare. Most of them seem to be middle to elderly woman with nothing going on in their own lives so a little bit of switchboard power and they act like the most self-important swine's!
Disclaimer - I dont mean all of them, i have friends who are receptionists (i'm sounding like the rascist who says 'some of my best friends are black'), and of course there's the cliche hot receptionists (who incidentally i very rarely see), i'm just talking about the bitter old one's who look like this.
