Oh lord help us! I cannot believe the hype this Asher Roth is on, madness. I suppose he's a marketing dream in the States with the whole college hip hop vibe. I dont get how many other artists and dj's are on his dick though...all this talk like 'Asher goes hard....respect his hustle' hahaha, gimmie a break! Its weak pop music! He aint got nothing interesting to say, but it seems bad form to cuss him so everyone and his dog is bigging him up right now. Anyone can put a few rhyming words together but you gotta have some substance and passion and this brer just dont seem to have any of either. Its safe and unthreatening, you can almost hear the soccer mums - 'oh that Asher seems like such a nice boy'. Just look at him lol, this dude would have got laughed off the mic 5 years ago with a kick up the arse.
