Having taken influence from all aspects of the hip hop culture, this Gold Coast based duo took no shortcuts in the pain staking process involved in putting together an album that saw a lot of material hit the editing room floor. 18 months in the making, this is 19 tracks of hard hitting hip hop that is flawless in its approach. The UK born (and now Australian resident) HAUNTS has been moving back and forth from his home town of Birmingham UK to the sunny shores of the Gold Coast for most of his adult life after having made the decision to live here permanently two and a half years ago.MULES on the other hand is a new-comer to the scene. With an ear for timing and the perfect sample, MULES is making a name for himself and has already featured on numerous national releases including Boltz – ‘The Wishlist’. MULES is currently working with Sydney duo Hyjak N Torcha on their new album and numerous international artists.This pre-album blends together the differences and the similarities of both the UK and the Australian hip hop style in a unique way, set to the rhythm of MULE’S professional production know how; the resulting album truly is in a class of its own.
