MY BIRTHDAY...

So although my birthday is not until Aug 24th, i decided to celebrate it last weekend 'cos i'll be in England then so this way i have two birthdays, greedy i know...its taken me this long to recover from the weekend, but thank you everyone that came out to Workshop, it was an absolutely wicked night!!!

Have you seen the new Bashy video for 'Your wish is my command'. Words fail me. Innovation is one thing, blatently selling your soul for chart success is another. I'm sure it'll go down well with a load of girls and the less discerning amongst us, but really, this shits embarrassing! The excitement and freshness of the grime scene is rapidly getting lost amongst all the swag Chipmunk, Scorcher etc etc type things. Thank god for Tempz still!

CLOSER TO DEATH

So, its my birthday in a couple of weeks, but i'm as you ozzies say 'flat stick' (or as my confused colleague says, 'flap strap') so pretty much every weekend so have not been able to really organise something. Instead, i'm gonna be doing the Game support on Friday night @ Festival Hall and then urging everyone i like and anyone else that wants to come along and throw a shot down my throat to come along to workshop this Friday from around 10pmish. Afficks is gonna be on decks along with Seven and Dust so good tunes will be running, so come along and throw peanuts at Custards behind the bar and watch me fall over:)
